Ordering

1. Place your orders through the website
   
2. All orders placed online will be subjected to the prevailing delivery charges

   Mondays to Thursdays

   Fridays to Sundays, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays

   Delivery charges are based on one destination.
   
3. Please place your delivery orders at least 24 hours in advance before delivery time. For peak seasons like Mother’s Day or Christmas, it is advisable to place your orders as early as possible.
   
   
4. Flowers on promotion are valid provided the minimum order requirement is satisfied.
   
   
5. We reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including request for specific timing.
   

Prices and Payment

1. Payment must be made in full upon ordering. Only Amex, Visa, Mastercard will be accepted.
   
   
2. Prices quoted are based on quoted flowers. Extra charges will be levied accordingly for changes made to choice of flowers.
   

Cancellation or Amendments

1. No cancellation or amendments are allowed 1 day before delivery datem please note there will be 10% service charge for any cancellation
   
   
2. Cancellation charges
   - A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if request for cancellation is submitted 2-3 days from date of delivery.
   
   
   
3. Amendments:
   - A $5 amendment charge will be imposed for each and every request for amendment.
   - All amendment requests must be submitted at least 2 days before date of delivery.

Delivery and Acceptance

1. Delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but We will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.
   
   Choice of Delivery timings
   Delivery A: 10am - 2pm
   Delivery B: 2pm - 6pm
   Delivery C: 6pm - 10pm
   
   
2. In the event that there is no recipient or no one at home/office to receive the flower, the flower will be resend at the customer's costs
   
3. flowers delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. We reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.
   
4. flower designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
   
5. While We endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, We shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
   
6. We reserves the right to change the delivery timing.

General Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are based on standard flowers.
   
2. Arrangement designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal flowers/decorative accessories.
   
3. Other sizes may be available depending on design.
   
4. No cancellation is allowed on confirmed orders 48 hours before collection time.
   
5. All deposits are non-refundable.
   
6. Each amendment on confirmed orders is subject to a $5 surcharge and will be accepted on a case-to-case basis with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
   
7. Prices, terms and conditions, flower designs are subject to change without prior notice.
   
8. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
